Through the 1960’s and 1970’s the vast majority of public schools within the United States had common music and artwork packages as a part of their curriculum. The university has partnerships with such organisations as Galway Music Residency and Galway International Arts Pageant, and students could take placements of 4-6 weeks in such organisations within the areas of marketing, production, administration, and different topics relevant to their course.
